On Saturday 10 June, popular St Kilda venue Captain Baxter will host an exclusive dining event and masterclass which will see gin-lovers from across Victoria congregate to experience Australian boutique gins alongside in-gin-uitive food pairings.
You’ll be gobsmacked as you taste the incredible gin-spired menu from executive chef Matt Dawson which includes a range of botanicals that impeccably complement each of the gins showcased on the evening.
Captain Baxter’s very own Sommelier Luke Campbell will be there to guide you as you navigate your way through gin-genious journey on World Gin Day.
The gins showcased on the evening come from some of Australia’s best distilleries including: Blind Tiger Gin, Lark Distillery, The Melbourne Gin Company and The West Winds Gin, all of whom are generously donating their products for this bespoke dining event and masterclass.
Proceeds from the evening will be donated to Variety – the Children’s Charity, a national not-for-profit organisation that helps Australian children reach their full potential regardless of ability or background.
