Karen Kingham is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist, with 20 years experience in the field of nutrition, working in a diverse range of areas interpreting nutritional science into useful advice for adults and children with special dietary needs.

Now working across the full range of Nestlé Professional brands, her brief involves supporting the sales, marketing and product development teams and raising awareness of Nestlé’s Nutritional Profiling System.

To get where she is today, Karen completed a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Sydney, beginning her career as a clinical dietitian at St. George Public Hospital Kogarah.

Karen has contributed regularly in popular media, including Australian Health Food Guide, Practical Parenting, Australian Table Magazine and BBC Australian Good Food and continues to write regularly for a number of online food and health websites including her own; Green Tea & Treacle.

Karen is also the author of healthy cookbooks Eat Well Live Well with High Cholesterol, Eat Well Live Well with Growing Children and Eat Well Live Well with Diabetes, and was co-author of the highly successful book Baby and Toddler Food.

Karen offers expertise in topical nutrition issues, nutrition research and regulatory affairs.
