MEDIA ALERT - AUSTRALIAN INVICTUS GAMES TEAM ARRIVES HOME

The Australian Invictus Games team will arrive home tomorrow at Sydney International Airport after a very successful games in Toronto, Canada.
 
The Australian Defence Force (ADF) and the Returned and Services League (RSL) combined team of 43 athletes, supported by their family and friends, will return by Royal Australian Air Force KC-30 from the international adaptive multi-sports competition.
 
The Invictus Games ran from 23–30 September and is an initiative of HRH Prince Harry. The games brought together over 550 wounded, injured or ill serving and former serving military personnel from up to 17 nations.
 
Media are invited to interview athletes on their arrival.   
 
DATE: Tuesday, 3 October 2017
 
TIME: From 7.00am
 
VENUE: Sydney International Airport arrivals hall. Please check screens for the Royal Australian Air Force flight arrival.
